Men’s health has been deteriorating due to the modern life styles and lack of exercises. Food habits are another factor that has led to many ailments in men. Exercises like brisk walking, swimming, playing tennis or any other sport helps to control many diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity. It is equally important to quit smoking to avoid lung cancers and other fatal diseases. Food habits should be altered by including more of green vegetables, fruits and low fat diet. Men’s health needs proper care because they care for the whole family.
